Angle Gearbox

Advantages

When using our angel gearbox, the propulsion engine can be mounted in the engine room without incline.
It brings distinctive advantages compared to an engine equipped with a horizontal gearbox.
Pistons move perpendicular to the direction gravity. This minimises premature wear on the main parts such as the piston rings, piston liners and valves.

Extends the engine life and the initial power.
